Forza Boat Shed, Lot 397 Cobblestone Drive, Bunbury

Time (approx.):

Opening Ceremony at 2:00pm, and racing from 2:30pm to 6:30pm

Briefing start time:

1.45 pm – sweeps, captains and coaches to attend

Race Distance:

200 metres

Boats

2 per race (round robin match racing)

Volunteer requirement:

One per club (as per DBWA rules – no volunteer means no racing).

Volunteer information:

Report to John Campbell at the Forza Boat Shed no later than 1.00pm

Youth, Women, Mixed & Open (as per DBWA rules)

Boat sizes

Tens and Twenties.

Crew lists (maximum)

Tens - 16 per crew list Twenties - 26 per crew list

Combined Club Crews - request approval from Forza

Exemptions

Crews are permitted to use male sweeps and drummers for Womens crews provided that crew does not have females who can perform these tasks.

$10 per Youth (please indicate on crew list) and $15 per Adult participant

Food - BBQ

A range of burgers on sale at Forza Boat Shed. Hamburgers, Chicken burgers, Vegie burgers and Sausage Sizzle – Please advise approx. numbers of each your club would like so we can cater.

Bar

No consumption of alcohol outside of the Forza Boat Storage Shed.
